I'm a fan of reading. Sadly, I don't have much time and energy to finish a book a week (mainly because of exams), but soon I will have more time to enhance my mental capabilities.
In my previous article about leadership I mentioned talents and skills are required in order to move the world forward. But how do we learn new skills? Of course, doing something yourself is a good option, but it is not available to everybody. Books, on the other hand, can be read by anyone from anywhere.

How Do We Feel About Leadership?
Many people complain about their leaders: local officials, senators and even the president. Now it's true that they do tend to screw up a lot. But is it completely their fault?
Officials are a reflection of their constituents. If the people are proactive, the government will do whatever the people ask them to do; if the people think that voting once every 4 or 5 years is enough to be considered "politically active," then the politicians will do whatever they please.
Talents and skills of a leader are only as limited as the people who chose to follow them. That's what many people forget.
